Our brand new luxury Four-Bedroom Villa, completed February 2006 has its own private pool and 7-seat hot tub and sleeps up to eight people. It is large and airy and comprises a lounge/formal dining room, family room/kitchen/breakfast nook, two double and two twin bedrooms, three bathrooms, utility room and automated double garage. It is fully air-conditioned and for the furnishings and finishing touches a professional interior designer was employed to ensure a home that offers a very high standard throughout.
The Kitchen comes fully equipped with large American style fridge/freezer, cooker/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The cupboards are stocked with more than enough crockery, utensils and cooking items necessary to entertain a party of eight. The breakfast nook has table and chairs for four and this is enhanced by the breakfast bar between the kitchen and family room that provides seating for four with high-backed bar stools.
The Utility Room off the kitchen provides guests with the facilities of a large top-load washing machine and separate drier, iron, ironing board and cleaning items.
The Lounge/Formal Dining room is comfortably furnished in a traditional style with two sofas, a club chair, coffee and side tables. An extending dining table and six upholstered chairs completes this room.
The Family Room is also well furnished with two sofas, coffee/side tables and entertainment centre housing TV, VCR and DVD. There are a number of DVD's available for all to watch.
The King Size Master Bedroom is en-suite with bath and walk-in shower, vanity units and w.c. Plenty of hanging space is provided in a large walk-in closet and there is ample drawer space. A TV is provided and the pool area can be accessed from this room.
The Queen Size Second Bedroom is en-suite with a walk-in shower, vanity unit and w.c. This room also has plenty of storage with walk-in closet and drawer space. The pool area can be accessed from this room through sliding patio doors.
The Two Twin Bedrooms both have walk-in closets and drawer space. They share the third bathroom that has a bath and overhead shower. The bathroom also has access to and from the pool area.
All towels, beach towels and bed linen provided.
The Pool and Outside Area
The rear of the property backs onto the canal with its private seawall with mooring. The canal forms part of the Manchester Waterway and offers direct gulf coast access for most types of boats including sail. Fish are in abundance and there is nothing more relaxing than fishing off the back of the property. The area surrounding the property offers total seclusion. The wildlife is wonderful including armadillos and various bird-life.
The large private pool with electrical heating will ensure a comfortable swim at all times and the covered lanai area offers a shady retreat from the sun when it gets too hot. A good selection of comfortable patio furniture for sun bathing and alfresco dining is also provided.
Sit out in the evening and enjoy watching the setting sun through the trees. The outside kitchen features a built in char-grill barbecue, fridge and sink unit.
Also available for your enjoyment are two adult bicycles, 1 small children's bike and 1 tricycle.
